Defensive Line
Atkins, Baraka – DE/DT, Miami (FL). His NFL future is likely as a one gap DT. He could fill in nicely in Seattle's rotation as a younger version of Chuck Darby.
Bazuin, Dan – DE, Central Michigan. He put up impressive numbers in the MAC and has drawn favorable comparisons to Kansas City’s Jared Allen.
Mkristo, Bruce – DE, Washington St. He was named first-team all Pac-10 and Second-team AP All-American.
Other guys to watch: Brian Robison – DE, Texas; Brian Smith – DE, Missouri; Derek Landri – DT, Notre Dame
Safety
Gattis, Josh – S, Wake Forest. Gattis is an intriguing prospect that could work his way into the early part of day 1. He’s a big hitter but also an excellent center fielder who covers well with good technique.
Mitchell, Brandon – FS, Ohio State. Mitchell is likely a late 3rd/early 4th pick—pre-BCS title game.
Wendling, John – FS, Wyoming. Wendling has played both safety positions and is likely a 3rd round pick.

Cornerback
McCauley, Marcus – CB, Fresno State. He could be the most talented defensive back available in this draft—even better than Leon Hall—but Fresno wasn’t as good this year.
Wilson, C.J. – CB, Baylor. Known more for his mouth than his game, Wilson is a decent-sized motor mouth cover corner on another bad Baylor team.
